Scope
GB/T 36282-2018 is the English-translated version of 电动汽车用驱动电机系统电磁兼容性要求和试验方法.
GB/T 36282-2018 sets the electromagnetic compatibility requirements and test methods for the drive motor systems of pure electric, hybrid electric and fuel cell electric vehicles, treating the high-voltage power system as a fully shielded system.
It gives the broadband and narrowband radiated emission limits from 30 MHz to 1000 MHz and the immunity requirements for radiated disturbances, for transients conducted along the low-voltage power lines and for electrostatic discharge.
The test methods specify the operating state of the equipment under test, the test layouts, the bulk current injection and anechoic chamber methods and the test pulses of GB/T 21437.2-2008.
Annexes classify functional status, define immunity test levels and list what the test report must contain. Motor and vehicle manufacturers and test laboratories use it. It was issued on 7 June 2018 and has applied since 1 January 2019.

1 Scope
This standard specifies the electromagnetic compatibility requirements and test methods of drive motor system for electric vehicles.
This standard applies to the drive motor systems of pure electric vehicles, hybrid electric vehicles and fuel cell electric vehicle.
In this standard, it considers the HV (high voltage) power system component as a typical full shielding system.
Note: Electric vehicle power systems are usually divided into two types. the first type is common LV (low voltage) system, its typical structural features are unshielded; and the second type is HV system, its typical structural features are shielded.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions as defined in GB/T 29259 apply to this document.
3.1 Equipment under test; EUT
This standard refers specifically to the drive motor system for electric vehicles.
3.2 Low voltage; LV
Corresponds to the grade A voltage as specified in GB/T 18384.3-2015.
3.3 High voltage; HV
Corresponds to the grade B voltage as specified in GB/T 18384.3-2015.
3.4 High voltage artificial network; HV AN
A device that is in series on the high-voltage DC power line of the device under test and provides a specified load impedance for measuring the disturbance voltage in a given frequency range and isolates the device under test from the power source.
4 Requirements
4.1 Electromagnetic radiation emission
4.1.1 Broadband electromagnetic radiation emission limits
The EUT broadband radiation emission limits are shown in Table 1 and Figure 1 in the frequency range of 30 MHz ~ 1000 MHz.
4.1.2 Narrowband electromagnetic radiation emission limits
The EUT narrowband electromagnetic radiation emission limits are shown in Table 2 and Figure 2 in the frequency range of 30 MHz ~ 1000 MHz.
4.2 Immunity
4.2.1 Electromagnetic radiation immunity
In the frequency range of 20 MHz ~ 2000 MHz, the test is carried out in accordance with the provisions of 5.2.1 using the big current injection (BCI) method and the anechoic chamber (ALSE) method. Electromagnetic radiation immunity test grade and functional status requirements shall at least meet the requirements of Table 3.
4.2.2 Transient conducted immunity along the power line
Test only on 12V or 24V LV modules. The immunity test grade and functional status requirements for transient disturbances conducted along the power line shall meet at least the requirements of Table 4. See Appendix B for the test grade definition.
4.2.3 Electrostatic discharge immunity
When direct contact discharge and air discharge tests are performed in two cases where the EUT is not energized and only the LV is supplied, the EUT functional status shall meet the requirements of Table 5.
5 Test methods
5.1 Electromagnetic radiation emission test
5.1.1 Broadband electromagnetic radiation emission test
5.1.1.1 Test method
The method is used to test the broadband electromagnetic radiation emissions produced by the EUT. If there is no other requirement, in the frequency range of 30 MHz ~ 1000 MHz, the test shall be carried out in accordance with the method specified in GB/T 18655-2010.
5.1.1.2 Test status
The EUT shall be in normal operation status with a speed at 50% of the rated speed, a torque at 50% of the rated torque, and a mechanical output load reaching to 25% of the continuous power.
5.1.1.3 Test arrangement
The test layout is shown in Figure 3.
The shielding configuration shall be arranged in accordance with the actual situation of the vehicle. Normally all shielded HV components shall be grounded with low impedance (e.g. AN, cable, connector, etc.). Both the EUT and the load shall be grounded. Outdoor HV power supplies shall be connected via feedthrough filtering.
5.1.2 Narrowband electromagnetic radiation emission test
5.1.2.1 Test method
The method is for testing narrowband electromagnetic radiation emissions produced by an EUT, such as a microprocessor-based system. If there is no other explanation, in the frequency range of 30 MHz ~ 1000 MHz, the test shall be carried out in accordance with the method specified in GB/T 18655-2010.
5.1.2.2 Test status
The HV and LV are powered normally, the EUT drive module is in standby mode with no output power.
5.1.2.3 Test arrangement
Same as the test layout requirements of 5.1.1.3, as shown in Figure 3.
5.1.2.4 Test requirements
Measurements shall be made in a semi-anechoic chamber with a frequency range of 30 MHz ~ 1000 MHz.
5.2 Immunity test
5.2.1 Electromagnetic radiation immunity
5.2.1.1 General requirements
The test was carried out by a combination of an anechoic chamber method and a big current injection (BCI) method. Among them, in the frequency range of 20 MHz ~ 200 MHz, use the big current injection (BCI) method, the immunity test intensity shall be no less than 60 mA; in the frequency range of 200 MHz ~ 2000 MHz, the anechoic chamber (ALSE) method shall be used, the intensity of the immunity test shall be not less than 30 V/m.
5.2.1.3 Test arrangement
The big current injection (BCI) test layout is shown in Figure 4; the anechoic chamber (ALSE) test layout is shown in Figure 5.
5.2.2 Immunity test of power line transient conduction
In accordance with the provisions of GB/T 21437.2-2008, it shall apply the test pulses 1, 2a, 2b, 3a, 3b and 4 to the LV power cable and other connection lines that may be connected to the LV power cable. The EUT shall be in standby status and the HV and LV will be powered normally. The controller of the EUT shall be monitored in real time during the test. If necessary, measures shall be taken to isolate the auxiliary monitoring device.
5.2.3 Electrostatic discharge immunity test
Test in accordance with the provisions GB/T 19951. The test shall be carried out in sequence with the EUT not energized and only the LV is supplied.
When the EUT is not energized, simulate the direct discharge of the human body to the EUT during assembly or maintenance, to apply discharge to the nut and opening on the easily touchable (but not limited to) concave connecting pins, housings, buttons, switches, display screens, and housings when the EUT is handled. Use the solid insulated wire with a cross-sectional area of 0.5 mm² ~ 2 mm² and a length of no more than 25 mm to draw the concave connecting pin.
