NB/T 20337-2015 is the English-translated version of 核电厂安全级金属封闭式开关柜抗震鉴定.

Seismic qualification of class 1E metal-enclosed switchgear assemblies in nuclear power plants is the subject of NB/T 20337-2015, a recommended standard of the Chinese energy industry.

It sets out the requirements for qualifying safety class metal-enclosed switchgear against earthquake loading. Its field of application is the seismic qualification of safety class metal-enclosed switchgear fitted with switching devices, control, instrumentation and measuring equipment, protective devices and regulating devices.

It carries the Chinese classification F83 and the international classification 27.120.20. It quotes GB 3906-2006, GB/T 11022-2011, GB 16926-2009 and NB/T 20265-2014, and with IEEE 323-2003 and IEEE 344-2004. Issued on 2 April 2015, it has applied since 1 September 2015.
