Scope
NB/T 20052-2011 is the English-translated version of 核电厂安全级电路电缆系统的设计和安装.
Cable systems serving Class 1E circuits in nuclear power plants are the subject of NB/T 20052-2011, a recommended standard of the Chinese energy industry.
It fixes the design and installation requirements for the cable systems of safety class circuits and of the circuits associated with them, and offers guidance for non-safety circuits whose behaviour could affect the function of a safety system.
The requirements written for safety class cable systems apply equally to associated circuit cable systems, unless testing and analysis show that the associated circuit cannot affect the performance of the safety class circuit.
It cites GB 50116, GB/T 12727, GB/T 13286-2008, EJ/T 705, NB/T 20049, NB/T 20053, the GB/T 18380 series and IEEE 525, and it replaces EJ/T 534-1991. Issued on 1 July 2011, it has applied since 1 October 2011.
