Scope

NB/T 11628-2024 is the English-translated version of 煤矿用道岔控制装置通用技术条件.

NB/T 11628-2024 gives general technical requirements for the devices that control rail switches on coal mine haulage tracks. Such a device combines a main controller, switch position indicator with voice alarm, switch machine, remote control and position sensors to throw and lock the switch.

The standard covers product models and classes, technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules, and defines the switch machine and the trailing of a switch by passing wheels.

It is used for the design and inspection of these devices, with explosion protection to GB/T 3836 and signalling rules from GB 50388. Issued on 24 September 2024, it has applied since 24 March 2025.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 Switch control device

The complete track system consists of a main controller, switch position indicator and voice alarm, switch machine (actuator), remote control, switch position sensor and other equipment. Control device for switch switching and locking.

3.2 Switch machine (actuator)

A device used to convert the switch position, change the direction of switch opening, lock the switch point rail and reflect the switch position.

3.3 Switch trailing

The wheel is crushed or squeezed through the switch.
