1 Foreword

JB/T 9481-2020 was issued by MIIT on 29 December 2020 and has been in force since 1 July 2021.

It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 9481-1999.

2 Scope

This standard is the recommended Chinese machinery industry standard for diffused silicon force sensitive devices. It gives terms and definitions, the classification and naming of the devices, and then the requirements, the test methods, the inspection rules and the marking, packaging, transport and storage. It applies to semiconductor diffused silicon force sensitive devices, referred to simply as devices. The standard carries Chinese classification N11 and ICS 17.100, weight and pressure. Among the standards it quotes are GB/T 191, GB/T 2423.1-2008, GB/T 2423.2-2008, GB/T 2423.3-2016, GB/T 2423.17-2008, GB/T 2423.27-2020, GB/T 2829 and GB/T 4475. It replaces JB/T 9481-1999.
