GB/T 2423.25-2008 — This standard specifies thermal and non- thermal test sample temperature (temperature gradient or mutation) and low air pressure tests, see 8.

2. 2 and 8. 2. 8. Purpose of this test is to determine the components, equipment and other products for its storage and use of low-temperature encountered low pressure integrated environmental adaptability.

The comprehensive test is usually only a single environment in the test sample tests do not reveal the use of integrated environmental impact. Test procedures prescribed in this section apply only to the test temperature stabilization can be achieved during a test sample.

The test method specified in this section can only test a heat test sample. This test procedure is applicable to pressure greater than 1kPa pressure test. When the air pressure is less than or equal to 1kPa, may not consider the contents of the test procedure.

Foreword

GB/T 2423.25 is Part 25 GB/T 2423 standard. Part of the GB/T 2423 standard, see informative Annex NA.

This section is equivalent to using the International Electrotechnical Commission IEC 60068-2-40. 1976 (first edition) "Basic environmental testing procedures - Part 2.

Test Test Z/AM. Combined cold/low air pressure tests "(in English) and its amendments 1. 1983. For ease of use, this section do the following Editorial changes.

--- To be consistent with the new IEC 60068 title name, the title of this section by the name of "Basic environmental testing procedures" to "electrical and electronic Environmental testing ";

--- "IEC 60068-2-40. 1976 this part" was changed to "GB/T 2423.25-2008 this section";

--- Remove the IEC 60068-2-40. 1976 Foreword and Preface;

--- Increase the national standard foreword;

--- Increased the list of normative references the introductory phrase of the document; there is a reference to the correspondence between the national standards with international standards, and changes Order;

--- Increase the informative appendix "GB/T 2423 standard part" (see appendix NA).

This Part replaces GB/T 2423.25-1992 "electric and electronic products environmental testing procedures Test Z/AM. Combined cold/low air pressure Comprehensive test. " This section compared with the GB/T 2423.25-1992 main changes are as follows.

--- GB/T 2423.25-1992 reference to the International Electrotechnical Commission IEC 60068-2-40. 1976 (first edition) "Basic Environment Test procedures - Part 2. Tests - Test Z/AM. Combined cold/low air pressure tests "(in English) and its amendments 1. 1983, this section is tantamount to the adoption;

--- Consistent with IEC original, this section in Figures 1 and 2 to Fig. 1a) and 1b), and placed in the body of the last;

--- Consistent with IEC original format is prepared, this section 4.1.1 and 4.1.2 combined; and 5.1.3 combined 5.1.1,5.1.2 and together; 8.1.1 and 8.1.2 combined;

--- This part is not listed in Table 1 and the temperature, pressure corresponding to the height values, see the relationship between the three specific standards; and increases in mbar the pressure value of the unit;

It does not require temperature control during this part --- 8.2.8 pressure.

Appendix NA This section is informative appendix.

1 Introduction

1.1 Overview

GB/T 2423 This section is about the thermal and non-thermal test sample at low temperature (temperature gradient or mutations) and low air pressure tests, see 8.2.2 and 8.2.8.

Purpose of this test is to determine the low-temperature components, equipment and other products encountered in their storage and use - low air pressure environments suitable Atopic.

The comprehensive test is usually only a single test sample used for environmental testing can not reveal the integrated environmental impact. Provisions of this Part Test procedure applies only during the test to achieve a stable temperature of the test sample.

Test methods specified in this standard can only test a heat test sample.

1.2 Low pressure

1.3 Temperature

1.3.1 GB/T 2423.1 guidance relating to non-heat test A test sample cooling test samples and test applications apply to this comparison section.

Note. The definition of a non-heat test sample in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB/T 2421, should not measure the hottest temperature at low pressure.

1.3.2 GB/T 2423.1 Test A test sample cooling priority should be tested in the absence of forced air circulation in the chamber.
