JB/T 8645-2011 was issued by MIIT on 15 August 2011 and has been in force since 1 November 2011.
It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 8645-1997.
2 Scope
JB/T 8645-2011 is a recommended Chinese machinery industry standard on submersible screw pumps. It gives the terms and definitions for the pump, its type, model designation and basic parameters, and then the technical requirements, the test methods and the inspection rules, with the provisions for marking, packaging, transport and storage.
