JB/T 8371-2012 was issued by Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China on 24 May 2012 and has been in force since 1 November 2012.
It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 8371-1996.
2 Scope
This standard is a recommended Chinese machinery industry standard covering the digital display module of capacitance linear displacement measuring systems. It establishes the terms and definitions, the structural types and basic parameters, the requirements, the test methods, the inspection rules and the marking and packaging of the module. Its field of application is defined by the resolution of the module. The Chinese classification is J42 and the international classification 17.040.30.
