JB/T 4210.2-2014 was issued by MIIT on 9 July 2014 and has been in force since 1 November 2014.
It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 4210.2-1996.
It is one of 35 parts of the JB/T 4210 series.
2 Scope
Part 2 of the JB/T 4210 series, JB/T 4210.2-2014, is a recommended Chinese machinery industry standard for the sizing dies of cold heading tooling for hexagon nuts. It specifies the structural types and dimensions of the die, the material and hardness it must meet, and its marking. The scope is limited to hexagon nut cold heading dies for automatic nut cold heading machines. It carries Chinese classification J46 and international classification 25.120.30, and it quotes GB/T 6170-2000, GB/T 6171-2000, GB/T 6175-2000, GB/T 6176-2000 and JB/T 4213.
