JB/T 4210.1-2014 was issued by MIIT on 9 July 2014 and has been in force since 1 November 2014.
It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 4210.1-1996.
It is one of 35 parts of the JB/T 4210 series.
2 Scope
The opening part of the series, JB/T 4210.1-2014, is a recommended Chinese machinery industry standard covering the sizing punches of cold heading dies for hexagon nuts. It gives the structural types and dimensions of the punch, the material and hardness it must have, and the marking to be applied. Its subject is hexagon nut cold heading tooling for automatic nut cold heading machines.
