1 Foreword

JB/T 2549-2018 was issued by MIIT on 9 February 2018 and has been in force since 1 October 2018.

It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 2549-1994.

2 Scope

This standard is a recommended Chinese mechanical and machinery industry standard on the manufacture of aluminium air separation plant. It covers the rectification tower, in its sifter and packed forms, together with coil heat exchangers, tubular heat exchangers, adsorbers, gas-liquid separators and the aluminium three-pass filter used in such plant. For these items it lays down the manufacturing technical requirements, the inspection items and the test methods. It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 2549-1994 and is classified J76 in China and 71.100.20 internationally, the issuing agency being the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. It quotes GB/T 1184-1996, GB/T 10606, HG/T 21559.3, JB/T 4734-2002, JB/T 6895-2006, JB/T 6896-2007, JB/T 12343 and NB/T 47013.1-2015 to NB/T 47013.8-2015.
