Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces JB/T 20090-2006. Compared with JB/T 20090-2006, the main technical changes of this standard are as follows.

--- Delete the terms and definitions of "spinning type", "vertical type" and "horizontal type" (see 3.1, 3.3, 3.4 of the 2006 edition);

--- Deleted the specification series (see 4.2 of the 2006 edition);

--- Modified the preparation method of pharmaceutical machinery product model (see 4.2.1, 4.3.1 of the 2006 edition);

--- Revised the material requirements (see 5.1.1, 5.1.1 of the 2006 edition);

--- Revised the surface quality requirements (see 5.1.2, 5.1.2 of the 2006 edition);

--- Modified the fixed knife performance (see 5.2.2, 5.2.2 of the 2006 edition);

--- Modified the requirements for motor overload protection (see 5.3.2, 5.3.2 of the 2006 edition);

--- Modified the thickness error (see 5.4.2, 5.4.2 of the 2006 edition);

--- Modified the electrical safety performance requirements (see 5.5, 5.5 of the 2006 edition);

--- Modified the surface treatment test (see 6.1.2, 6.1.2 of the 2006 edition);

--- Modified the noise test (see 6.3.3, 6.3.3 of the 2006 edition);

--- Modified the electrical safety test (see 6.5, 6.5 of the 2005 edition);

--- Modified the factory inspection (see 7.2, 7.2 of the 2006 edition).

1 Scope

This standard specifies the classification and marking, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and markings, instruction manuals, packaging, transportation Loss and storage.

This standard is applicable to the rotary slicing machine (hereinafter referred to as "slicing machine") for slicing Chinese medicinal materials.
