6.3 Hazardous waste storage facilities shall be equipped with communication

equipment, lighting facilities, and fire-fighting facilities.

6.4 When storing hazardous waste, partition storage shall be carried out

according to the type and characteristics of hazardous waste. The retaining wall

spacing should be set between each storage area; rain-proof, fire prevention,

lightning protection, and anti-flying dust devices shall also be installed.

6.5 Storage of flammable and explosive hazardous waste shall be equipped

with organic gas alarm, fire alarm installation, and grounding device for guiding

static electricity.

6.6 The storage of discarded hazardous chemicals shall meet the requirements

of GB15603, "Regulations on the Control over Safety of Dangerous Chemicals",

and "Measures for the Prevention and Control of Environmental Pollution by

Discarded Dangerous Chemicals". Storage of discarded highly-toxic chemicals

shall also fully consider the anti-theft requirements. USE double-key closed

management, with a 24-hour watch by specially-assigned person.

6.7 The storage period of hazardous waste shall comply with the relevant

provisions of "Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and
