HG/T 4394-2019 is the English-translated version of 橡胶软管用浸胶聚酯线.
HG/T 4394-2019 is the recommended chemical industry standard of China for dipped polyester yarn used in rubber hoses. It classifies the products and sets the technical requirements, the test methods, the inspection rules and the rules for marking, packaging, storage and transport. It applies to dipped polyester thread and to non-dipped heat-set polyester thread for automotive rubber hoses, and other polyester threads for rubber hoses may follow it by reference. Its references include GB/T 2941 and GB/T 2942, GB/T 6038, GB/T 30312, GB/T 32108, GB/T 33099, GB/T 33338 and GB/T 36798-2018, with GB/T 8170. It replaces HG/T 4394-2012. Issued on 24 December 2019, it has applied since 1 July 2020.
