Scope
GB/T 30310.1-2025 is the English-translated version of 浸胶帘线、线绳、纱线附胶量的测定 第1部分:核磁共振仪法.
GB/T 30310.1-2025 is Part 1 of the GB/T 30310 series and describes how the dip pickup, the rubber adhesive deposited on dipped cords, ropes and yarns, is measured with a nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer.
It explains the principle: a low-field instrument sends pulses that excite the hydrogen protons, and the decay of the hydrogen signal, read as a relaxation curve, separates the adhesive from the fibre so that the dip pickup can be read off a standard working curve.
It defines the calibration curves and takes its other terms from GB/T 32110, while specimen preparation and conditioning follow GB/T 2941 and results are rounded under GB/T 8170.
It suits the rapid testing of synthetic-fibre cords, ropes and yarns; Part 2 covers the chemical dissolution method. It was issued on 1 August 2025 and has applied since 1 February 2026.

Foreword
This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1: Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents" Drafting.
This document is Part 1 of GB/T 30310 "Determination of the amount of adhesive on dipped cords, cords and yarns". GB/T 30310 has been published. The following sections.
--- Test method for determination of adhesive content of dipped cords, yarns and cords (GB/T 30310-2022).
Introduction
Dipped cords, ropes and yarns are important components of dipping skeleton materials. The amount of rubber attached to them is related to the product and rubber products.
The quality of tires, hoses, transmission belts, etc. is an important factor, and it is also a key factor related to product safety and personal safety.
The main methods for determining the amount of adhesive in the industry are nuclear magnetic resonance and chemical dissolution. According to the actual situation of the industry and the practice formed over the years, The test method for the determination of the amount of adhesive is formed in GB/T 30310 "Determination of the amount of adhesive on dipped cords, cords and yarns", which can make the industry upstream and downstream The communication on technical performance and manufacturing of rubber cord, rope and yarn is more convenient and efficient, which is conducive to improving product quality and promoting the development of the industry. Downstream collaborative development and technological progress.
GB/T 30310 consists of two parts.
--- Part 1: Nuclear magnetic resonance method. The purpose is to describe the determination of adhesive content using nuclear magnetic resonance.
--- Part 2: Chemical dissolution method. The purpose is to describe the determination of the amount of adhesive by chemical dissolution method.
1 Scope
This document describes a test method for the determination of the amount of rubber on dipped cords, cords, and yarns using a nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer.
This document is applicable to the rapid determination of the amount of rubber attached to rubberized cords, ropes and yarns made of synthetic fibers.
2 Normative references

3 Terms and Definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 32110 and the following apply to this document.
3.1 Standard working curve of impregnation solution and blank wire
The standard working curve was drawn using the NMR signals of the production impregnation solution and the white blank wire.
3.2 Standard working curve of dipped cords of known adhesive amount
The standard working curve is drawn using the nuclear magnetic resonance signals of rubber-impregnated cords, rubber-impregnated ropes and rubber-impregnated yarns with known amounts of rubber.
3.3 Relaxation curve
In the nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) experiment, the magnetic field signal changes as the transverse magnetization vector of the hydrogen nucleus gradually decays from the maximum value to zero. The time dependence curve of the.
4 Test Principle
A low-field nuclear magnetic resonance instrument is used to emit a pulse signal of a specific frequency to the sample, which stimulates the hydrogen protons in the sample to transition from the ground state to the excited state.
After the RF magnetic field is removed, the hydrogen signal recovers from the excited state to the ground state. This process generates the decay signal of hydrogen protons. The decay order is. fiber The hydrogen signal of the adhesive on the fiber and fiber is detected. According to the different decay times of hydrogen signals in different substances, the measurement parameters of the low magnetic field nuclear magnetic resonance instrument are set.
The corresponding relationship between the amount of adhesive and the amplitude of the magnetic field signal is established, and the measured amount of adhesive on the dipped cord, rope and yarn is obtained.
