HG/T 4258-2011 is a recommended chemical industry standard for the dye Reactive Blue FL-RN. It fixes the requirements for the product, the sampling, the test methods and the inspection rules, and the provisions for marking, labelling, packaging, transport and storage. It serves the quality control of Reactive Blue FL-RN products whose chemical structure is a copper complex of the formazan type. The testing rests on a wide set of dye standards, among them GB/T 2374-2007, GB/T 2381-2006, GB/T 2386-2006, GB/T 2387-2006, GB/T 2391-2006, GB/T 4841.1-2006 and GB/T 6693-2009, with the fastness methods GB/T 3920-2008, GB/T 3921-2008, GB/T 3922-1995, GB/T 8427-2008 and GB/T 8433-1998 and the limit standards GB 19601 and GB 20814. Issued on 20 December 2011, it has applied since 1 July 2012.
