HG/T 4191-2011 is the recommended Chinese chemical industry standard that sets out how an energy audit is carried out in a petrochemical enterprise. It defines what such an audit is and fixes its content, the methods to be used, the procedure to be followed and the requirements for preparing the audit report. The standard is addressed to petrochemical production enterprises that keep independent accounts, and to other units producing petrochemical products. It works with the general energy standards GB/T 2588, GB/T 2589, GB/T 3485, GB/T 3486, GB/T 6422, GB/T 13234, GB/T 15587, GB/T 16664, GB/T 17166, GB 17167, GB/T 20901, GB/T 23331 and GB/T 50441. Issued on 15 June 2011, it has applied since 1 October 2011.
