HG/T 3962-2007 is the recommended Chinese chemical industry standard covering Reactive red M-5B. It lays down the requirements for the product and the procedures for sampling, testing and inspection, as well as marking, labelling, packaging, transport and storage. The standard is used for the quality inspection of the blended form of the reactive red M-5B dye, which is applied mainly to the dyeing of cotton, viscose and other fibres. Its methods are those of the reactive dye series: GB/T 2381, GB/T 2386, GB/T 2387, GB/T 2390 and GB/T 2391, and GB/T 3920, GB/T 3921.4, GB/T 3922, GB/T 8427 and GB/T 8433. Issued on 20 July 2007, it has applied since 1 January 2008.
