HG/T 3747.3-2014 is the third part of the Chinese chemical industry standard on rubber and plastics floor coverings, and it deals with flame-retardant polyvinyl chloride floor coverings. It describes the construction and the sizes of the covering, sets the requirements and the test methods, and adds the inspection rules and the provisions for marks, packaging, transport, storage and laying. It applies to coverings produced by extrusion from polyvinyl chloride as the main raw material. It is used together with HG/T 3747.1-2011, and it quotes GB 8624, GB 18586, GB/T 11785, GB/T 2406.2, GB/T 8427 and DIN 51130. It replaces HG/T 3747.3-2006. Issued on 24 December 2014, it has applied since 1 June 2015.
