HG/T 3347-2013 is the English-translated version of 乙烯磷化底漆（双组分）.
HG/T 3347-2013 is the recommended Chinese chemical industry standard for two-component vinyl wash primer, also known as vinyl phosphating primer. It sets the requirements for the primer, the test methods, the inspection rules and the provisions on marking, packaging and storage. It applies to primers supplied in two packages in which polyvinyl butyral resin is the main film-forming material. The test methods are taken from GB/T 601-2002, GB/T 603-2002, GB/T 1720-1979, GB/T 1721-2008, GB/T 1723-1993, GB/T 1728-1979, GB/T 1731-1993, GB/T 1732-1993, GB/T 1766, GB/T 3186, GB/T 6682, GB/T 8170, GB/T 9271-2008, GB/T 9274-1988, GB/T 9278, GB/T 9750, GB/T 13452.2 and GB/T 13491. It replaces HG/T 3347-1987. Issued on 17 October 2013, it has applied since 1 March 2014.
