HG/T 2797.6-2007 states how the pour density of silica-alumina carbon black is determined and forms part 6 of the chemical industry series on the material. Pour density relates the mass of the black to the volume it fills when poured loose, and the part applies to all kinds of silica-alumina carbon black. It quotes HG/T 2880 and results are rounded in accordance with GB/T 8170. The part is a modified adoption of ISO 1306-1995 and supersedes HG/T 2797.6-1996. Issued on 22 September 2007, it has applied since 1 April 2008.
