Scope
HG/T 2524-2010 is the English-translated version of 4A分子筛.
HG/T 2524-2010 is the recommended chemical industry standard of China for 4A molecular sieve. It sets the requirements for the product and lays down the test methods, inspection rules, packaging, labelling, storage and transport that go with them. Its scope takes in spherical and pelleted 4A zeolite, 4A molecular sieve powder and 4A molecular sieve activated powder, materials used chiefly to dry a range of chemical gases and liquids, refrigerants, pharmaceuticals and electronic materials, and to keep automotive brake systems dry. Sampling and analysis are carried out in accordance with GB/T 603, GB/T 6286, GB/T 6287, GB/T 6288, GB/T 6679, GB/T 6682 and GB/T 8170, with GB/T 191, GB/T 14563 and HG/T 2783 also cited. It supersedes HG/T 2524-1993. Issued on 22 November 2010, it has applied since 1 March 2011.
