HG/T 2471-2011 is the English-translated version of 电解槽金属阳极涂层.
HG/T 2471-2011 is the recommended Chinese chemical industry standard for the metal anode coatings used in electrolyzers. It states the requirements for the coating, the test methods and the inspection rules, and the rules for marking, packaging and storage of the coated anode. The coatings in its scope are ruthenium coatings on a titanium substrate, applied to anodes for the diaphragm cells of the chlor-alkali industry that use sodium chloride solution as electrolyte, and to the cells without a diaphragm used for sodium hypochlorite and chlorate. GB/T 191, GB/T 601, GB/T 6682, GB/T 8170, GB/T 9723 and HG/T 3679 are cited. It replaces HG/T 2471-2001. Issued on 20 December 2011, it has applied since 1 July 2012.
