HG/T 4341-2012 is the English-translated version of 金属表面用热反射隔热涂料.
HG/T 4341-2012 is the recommended Chinese chemical industry standard for heat reflective insulation coatings applied to metal surfaces. It gives the terms and definitions for this type of coating, then the requirements, the test methods, the inspection rules and the provisions for marking, packaging and storage. Its scope is limited to heat-reflective insulating paint used on metal, which places it in the Chinese class G51 and in ICS 87.040. The list of standards it works with runs to more than fifteen documents, including GB/T 1725-2007, GB/T 1733-1993, GB/T 1766-2008, GB/T 1865-2009, GB/T 5210-2006, GB/T 6750-2007 and GB/T 9274-1988.
