HG/T 2147-2011 is the English-translated version of 橡胶压型压延机.
HG/T 2147-2011 is the recommended Chinese chemical industry standard for rubber embossing calenders. It lays down the model designation and the basic parameters of the machine, the requirements it has to satisfy, the tests, the inspection rules and the rules for marking, packaging, transport and storage. The machines in scope are the equal-pressure calenders used for shoe outsoles, uppers and welting. Its provisions are applied with GB/T 191, GB/T 1184-1996, GB/T 12783, GB/T 13306, GB/T 13384, HG/T 2108, HG/T 3108, HG/T 3120 and HG/T 3228. The standard takes over from HG/T 2147-1991. Issued on 20 December 2011, it has applied since 1 July 2012.
