HG/T 2109-2011 is the English-translated version of 斜交轮胎成型机.
HG/T 2109-2011 is a recommended Chinese chemical industry standard for bias, or diagonal, tyre building machines. It sets the models and basic parameters of these machines, the requirements, the tests, the inspection rules and the rules for marking, packaging, transport and storage. It covers machines that build bias tyres by the finger-sleeve method and by the wrapping methods used for that tyre type, and it excludes radial car tyre building machines, motorcycle tyre building machines and car tyre building machines. It cites GB/T 191, GB/T 3766, GB 5226.1-2008, GB 4208-2008, GB/T 6388, GB/T 7932, GB/T 12783-2000, GB/T 13306, GB/T 13384, HG/T 2108, HG/T 3120 and HG/T 3228. It replaces HG/T 2109-1991 and, issued on 20 December 2011, it has applied since 1 July 2012.
