Scope

HG/T 4181-2011 is the English-translated version of 翻新轮胎贴合机.

HG/T 4181-2011 is the Chinese chemical industry standard for the building machines used in tyre retreading. It fixes the terms and definitions, the models and basic parameters of the machine, the requirements, the testing, the inspection rules, and the marking, packaging and storage. The machines in scope are the tread laminating machines used in precured retreading, called laminating machines throughout the text. Electrical safety follows GB 5226.1-2008 and enclosure protection GB 4208-2008, with GB 2894 and GB/T 12783-2000; HG/T 2108, HG/T 3120, HG/T 3223 and HG/T 3228 are quoted as well. It carries Chinese classification G95. Issued on 20 December 2011, it has applied since 1 July 2012.
