This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents"

Drafting.

This document replaces GB/T 8290-2008 "Concentrated Natural Rubber Latex Sampling". Compared with GB/T 8290-2008, except for structural adjustments and

In addition to editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

--- Changed the scope of application of the document (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the.2008 edition);

--- Deleted the term "experimental part" (see 3.5 in the.2008 edition);

---In the "Instrument", the "General Requirements" has been added and the order of the articles has been adjusted.

Request content to be included (see 5.1, 5.2, 5.3, the introduction of the.2008 edition, 5.1, 5.2);

--- Change the "check valve" in the sketch of the sampling pipe to "simple valve" (see Figure 1, Figure 1 of the.2008 edition);

--- Set "Sampling device for latex in tank trucks or storage tanks" as the title, and change the following content to paragraphs (see 5.3.2, 5.3.2.1,.2008

5.2.2 of the annual version);

---Added optional styles of cylindrical stainless steel containers (see 5.3.2.2);

---Change the content of the sampling report (see Chapter 8, Chapter 8 of the.2008 edition).

This document uses the redrafting method to modify and adopt ISO 123.2001 "Latex Sampling".

Compared with ISO 123.2001, the structure of this document has been adjusted. The specific chapter numbers are as follows.

---In the "Instrument", a "general requirements" item has been added and the order of the items has been adjusted (see 5.1);

--- Change the content after "Sampling device for latex in tanker or storage tank" to one (see 5.3.2.1).

The technical differences between this document and ISO 123.2001 and the reasons are as follows.

---Regarding normative references, since the international standards listed in Chapter 2 of ISO 123.2001 are all quoted with dates, these

International standards are quoted undated in the main text (the specific content is not quoted in the main text). Therefore, this document is changed to

The national standards with technical differences cited by the date replace these international standards to achieve consistency and adapt to my country's technology

The conditions are adjusted as follows.

* Replace ISO 15528 with GB/T 3186 equivalent to the international standard (see 5.3.2.2);

* Replace ISO 3310-1 (see 3.5, 5.6) with GB/T 6003.1 which is modified to adopt international standards;

* Replace ISO 706 with GB/T 8291 modified to adopt international standards (see 3.5, 6.5.5);

* Replace ISO 124 with GB/T 8298 modified to adopt international standards (see 6.5.3);

--- Deleted the term "test part" (see 3.5 of ISO 123.2001) because it did not appear in the text;

---Change the introductory language in "Instrument" to the article in "General Requirements" (see 5.1.1, the introductory language of ISO 123.2001), because it contains

request;

---Change the requirements of the "agitator" and "sampling device" into two of the "general requirements" (see 5.1.2, 5.1.3, ISO 123.

5.1 and 5.2 of.2001), because it is a general requirement.

The following editorial changes have been made to this document.

---Change the position of some language expressions and pictures to meet the language environment of our country (see 3.1, Figure 1, Figure 2, 6.5.1, 6.5.2.
