Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces GB/T 8298-2008 "Determination of the total solid content of natural latex." This standard and GB/T 8298-
2008 compared to the main technical changes are as follows.
--- Modify the standard name for the "determination of total latex solids content";
--- Modify the scope, increased for fresh natural latex and synthetic latex (see Chapter 1,.2008 edition Chapter 1);
--- Modify the normative references, the ISO /T R9272 moved to the reference (see Chapter 2, references,.2008 edition

1 Scope

GB/T 8290 concentrated natural latex sampling (GB/T 8290-2008, ISO 123.2001, MOD)
3 principle
The sample is heated under normal pressure or vacuum conditions to a constant mass under certain conditions, the quality of the sample before and after heating changes to determine the total solids
content.
