This section is part 15 of GB/T 7717.

This section was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This Part replaces GB/T 7717.15-1994 "Determination of p-hydroxyanisole content in acrylonitrile for industrial use spectrophotometric method", this Part The main technical changes compared with GB/T 7717.15-1994 are as follows.

---Modified the standard name;

--- Modify the scope (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the 1994 edition);

--- Increased gas chromatography (see Chapter 4, Chapter 5);

--- Increased quality assurance and control (see Chapter 6);

--- Modify the unit of measurement for p-hydroxyanisole content (mass fraction) from % to mg/kg.

1 Scope

This part of GB/T 7717 specifies the spectrophotometric method and gas phase for the determination of p-hydroxyanisole (MEHQ) in acrylonitrile for industrial use. Chromatography, repeatability, quality assurance and control, test reports.

This part of the spectrophotometric method is applicable to industries where the content of p-hydroxyanisole is not less than 5mg/kg and the color degree conforms to the requirements of GB/T 7717.1.

Determination of acrylonitrile; This part of gas chromatography is suitable for industrial use with p-hydroxy anisole content in the range of 1 mg/kg to 100 mg/kg. Determination of acrylonitrile.

Note: When using spectrophotometric method, impurities absorbed at 295nm all interfere with the determination. Experience shows that it may produce in acrylonitrile that exceeds storage guarantee period. Absorbed impurities are generated at this wavelength.
