GB/T 7672.21-2008 is the English-translated version of 玻璃丝包绕组线第21部分：玻璃丝包铜圆绕组线一般规定.

GB/T 7672.21-2008 — GB/T 7672 this part of the general requirements impregnated, bare copper wire and impregnated, bare or enamelled round copper wire. Nominal diameter of the conductor, see the appropriate product standards (see product model and labeled Appendix D).

When referring to GB/T 7672.22, GB/T 7672.23 and GB/T 7672.24 in one standard glass round copper wire, shall be given the following. --- GB number and/or IEC number; --- Nominal conductor diameter, mm; --- Paint and silk cladding thickness class.

Glass covered round wire according to the thickness of the insulating layer is divided into. --- GL1. bare conductor wrapped in a single layer of glass; --- GL2. bare conductor wrapped in double layer of glass; --- Grade1GL1.

Level 1 on the film thickness of the single wire wrapped glass layer; --- Grade1GL2. Level 1 on the film thickness of the wire wrapped double glass layer; --- Grade2GL1.

On level 2 film thickness single wire wrapped glass layer; --- Grade2GL2. On level 2 film thickness wire wrapped double glass layers.
