This part of GB/T 7672 of Part 22.

This section identical with IEC 60317-48:1999 "Standard winding wires - Part 48. Temperature 155 index glass envelope, the resin or paint adhesion, bare or enamelled round copper wire, "the first edition (in English).

For ease of use, this section made the following editorial changes.

--- Remove the IEC 60317-48:1999 Foreword and Introduction;

--- According to IEC 60317-0-6:2007 "Standard winding wires - Part 0-6. Glass pack, paint or resin bonded, bare or enamelled Round copper wire - General requirements "standard, the IEC 60317-48:1999 Chapter 1 of G2 to GL2, Grade1G1 and Grade1G2 to Grade1GL1 and Grade1GL2, Grade2G1 and Grade2G2 to Grade2GL1 and Grade2GL2.

This Part replaces GB/T 7672.2-1987 "fiber covered winding wires - Part 2. Double glass envelope circle line" and GB/T 7672.3-1987 "glass winding wires - Part 3. Single glass covered enamelled round wires." 7672.2-1987 and GB/T 7672.3-1987 compared to the main changes in this part of the GB/T as follows.

--- Product Scope. This section delete the contents of fiber covered winding wire GB/T 7672.2-1987 conductor as aluminum, deleted GB/T 7672.2-1987 temperature index of 130 and 180, the conductor for the content of fiber covered winding wire of copper, delete the GB/T 7672.3-1987 temperature index of 130 and 180 glass envelope contents of winding wires;

--- Categories. GB/T 7672.2-1987 and GB/T 7672.3-1987 structure by product category, according to this part of the heat level sort.

1 Scope

GB/T 7672 provisions of this part of the temperature index 155, impregnated, bare copper wire and impregnated, bare, grade 1 or 2 film Enameled copper wire thickness requirements. Varnish, for example, polyester or polyester-imide resin varnish.

Note. For this type of wire, thermal shock test is not applicable, the thermal shock temperature can not be determined. Index can not be predetermined based on temperature and thermal shock temperature requirements grade.

Enameled should be based on one of the following criteria. GB/T 6109.2-2008, GB/T 6109.5-2008 or GB/T 6109.20-2008, and to determine the supply and demand should be negotiated.

Temperature index glass round copper wire depends on the type of varnish used. The varnish impregnated glass fiber should have a minimum 155 temperature index.

Glass cladding can be.

a) a single glass envelope;

b) In contrast double glass envelope, two fiber wound direction.

This section conductor nominal diameter range is as follows.

--- On the bare conductor wrapped double glass (GL2). from 0.500mm to and including 5.000mm;

--- On level 1 film thickness wire wrapped glass (Grade1GL1 and Grade1GL2). from 0.500mm to and including 1.600mm;

--- On level 2 film thickness wire wrapped glass (Grade2GL1 and Grade2GL2). from 0.500mm to and including 5.000mm.
