1 Scope

This document specifies the product sizing, requirements, and instructions for use of climbing apparel, as well as packaging, transportation, and storage. It also establishes sampling rules and judgment criteria.

This document applies to the design, production, and sale of apparel made primarily of textile fabrics specifically designed for rock climbing.

This document does not apply to clothing for infants and toddlers aged 36 months and under.
