1 Scope

GB/T 47155-2026 is the Chinese national standard covering building an artificial reef - the survey and site selection, the materials that may be sunk and those that may not, the design of the units and their arrangement, the deployment, and the monitoring of whether fish actually arrive. China has one of the largest artificial reef programmes in the world, largely to rebuild coastal stocks after decades of trawling. First edition, 15,000 words.
