Foreword

This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" Drafting.

1 Scope

This document establishes the general principles for good behavior in reverse logistics services and stipulates service guarantees, service operations, inspection, testing and judgment processing, standards knowledge, information management and traceability, risk prevention and emergency management, as well as evaluation and improvement requirements.

This document applies to reverse logistics service activities.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 Reverse logistics

According to customer needs, in order to restore the value of items and achieve their recycling or reasonable disposal, raw materials, parts, work-in-progress and finished products Logistics activities in which products flow backward from downstream nodes to upstream nodes in the supply chain, or are collected at designated locations through specific channels or methods.
