Foreword
This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" drafted.
This document is Part 1 of GB/T 42005 "Energy Storage Trams for Rail Transit". GB/T 42005 has released the following 2 part.
--- Part 1: Capacitive energy storage power supply;
--- Part 2: Ground charging systems.
Introduction
Rail transit energy storage trams have been operated in large quantities in China, and relevant domestic units have mastered the energy storage power supply, charging system and other related issues.
The core technology of key components, and through years of engineering application, has a certain technical accumulation and field application experience. By refining the key Energy indicators and inspection items, combined with years of production and application experience to formulate relevant standards, will help further promote the development of related industries.
GB/T 42005 aims to specify the functional requirements, performance requirements, safety and Protection requirements, inspection methods, etc. GB/T 42005 "Rail Transportation Energy Storage Tram" is intended to be composed of two parts.
--- Part 1: Capacitive energy storage power supply. The purpose is to stipulate that the energy storage power supply needs to have a fault detection function, a communication function and a voltage balance. related requirements such as balance function; clarify key performance indicators such as energy efficiency, voltage retention capability, energy retention capability, and temperature consistency Standard; specifies the safety performance requirements of capacitor monomer, module and energy storage power supply;
Carry out test methods specific to energy storage power sources such as retention capability test, energy retention capability test, thermal runaway and temperature consistency. Regulation.
--- Part 2: Ground charging systems. The purpose is to specify the system composition, use conditions, main Functions, inspection methods, inspection rules, and clarify each function such as charging function, communication function, data acquisition, event recording and storage display.
Definition and requirements of display, hot standby function, control function, protection function, safety interlock function; clarify insulation performance, rated power, System Efficiency, Electromagnetic Compatibility, Power Factor, Temperature Rise, Noise, Thermal Standby Energy Consumption, DC Ripple, DC Voltage Accuracy, Voltage Current Balance requirements, grounding, fire protection and safety, structural requirements, performance index requirements for protection levels; system inspection points and references The standard specifies the requirements for each inspection item in the type test, factory test and field test.
