This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part

1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents". Drafting. This document supersedes GB/T 28429-2012 "DC Traction Power Cables and Accessories for Rail Transit of 1500V and Below", and is consistent with... Compared with GB/T 28429-2012, apart from structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:

a) The term and definition of "low toxicity" have been added (see 3.5); (b) Requirements and test methods for high-modulus or high-hardness ethylene propylene rubber insulation have been removed (see sections

5.2.2 of the.2012 edition). Chapter 7);

c) The scope of application for polyethylene sheath materials has been expanded (see 4.3);

d) The first type of bare annealed copper conductor has been removed (see

5.1 in the.2012 edition);

e) Changes were made to the longitudinal overlap width of the aluminum-plastic composite tape, the thickness of the extruded fire-resistant layer, the requirements for armor, outer sheath materials, insulation, and non-metallic sheath thickness. Measurement requirements (see 5.1.4, 5.1.5.4, 5.1.6, 5.1.7.2, 5.1.7.3, and 5.4.2, 5.5.3, 5.6, 5.7.2, and

7.2.2.3 in the.2012 edition);

f) The tensile strength requirements of EPR insulation before aging and the mechanical property requirements of SHF2 sheathing compound were changed (see Tables 10 and 11,.2012). (Tables 17 and 18 of the version)

g) Added requirements for low toxicity, termite resistance, and rodent resistance of cables (see 5.3.7, 5.3.8, and 5.3.9);

This document applies to DC traction power cables and accessories for rail transit with rated voltages of 1500V and 750V.
