Scope

GB/T 41992-2022 is the English-translated version of 太阳能热发电站运行指标评价导则.

GB/T 41992-2022 is the Chinese national guide for evaluating how well a solar thermal power station is running.

It groups the indicators into six families - power generation operation, equipment operating condition, system operating performance, energy consumption, environmental impact, and operation and maintenance cost - and gives the evaluation for each, with informative annexes holding the daily, monthly and annual report formats and a model operation evaluation report.

Its definitions set out the benchmarks an indicator can be compared against: the design value or theoretical algorithm, the station's own historical data for the same period, the advanced level of the industry and the advanced level of the same region.

It applies to new, rebuilt and expanded trough, tower and linear Fresnel stations. Issued on 14 October 2022, it has applied since 1 May 2023.

1 Scope

This document specifies the power generation operation, equipment operation status, system operation performance, energy consumption, environmental impact, operation and maintenance costs of solar thermal power stations. Indicators and their evaluation.

This document applies to new, rebuilt and expanded trough, tower and linear Fresnel solar thermal power stations.

3 Terms and Definitions

The following terms and definitions defined in GB/T 40104 apply to this document.

3.1 Objective evaluation

Taking the design value of the solar thermal power station, the theoretical measurement algorithm or other more advanced indicators as the reference value, using the actual operation data and the reference value Evaluation methods for comparative analysis.

3.2 Taking

the historical data of the solar thermal power station in the same period or the historical data indicators in the statistical cycle as the benchmark value, using the actual operating data and the benchmark Evaluation methods for comparative analysis of values.

3.3 Taking

the advanced level of the industry as the benchmark value, the evaluation method uses the actual operation data and the benchmark value for comparative analysis.

3.4 Taking

the advanced level of the same region as the benchmark value, the evaluation method is to conduct comparative analysis between the actual operation data and the benchmark value.
