1 Scope
This document specifies the service provider requirements, service content and quality requirements, service management, service supervision and Complaints, service evaluation and improvement, etc.
This document applies to the implementation, management and evaluation of rural sanitation and cleaning services.

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Rural sanitation cleaning service
A service to perform environmental sanitation maintenance cleaning operations in the agreed area.
4 Service Provider Requirements
4.1 Professional organizations
4.1.1 Registered in accordance with the law, with business and service qualifications, and good credit.
4.1.2 Have the necessary facilities, equipment and supplies to provide services.
4.1.3 Have the necessary personnel and technical capabilities to provide services.
4.1.4 Establish a standardized operation management and service system.
4.2 Individual recipients
4.2.1 Have full capacity for civil conduct, possess the skills required for the post, and be able to bear the corresponding physical labor.
4.2.2 Master the work-related quality, environment, safety regulations and basic protective emergency measures.
4.2.3 Pre-job training should be accepted before taking up the job.
4.2.4 Civilized manners, polite language and friendly attitude.
5 Service content and quality requirements
5.1 Cleaning of garbage collection points
5.1.1 Clean up inside and around the garbage collection point in time, and the internal cleaning should effectively prevent dust from scattering and garbage flying;
