GB/T 41360-2022 is the part of the Chinese series on the seeds and seedlings of medicinal plants that covers Isatis indigotica, the woad whose root is banlangen.

1 Scope
This document specifies the quality requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, packaging, labeling, transportation and storage of isatis seeds.
This document applies to isatis seed producers, managers and users in seed harvesting, transportation, sowing, storage and domestic and foreign trade. Seed quality inspection and grading.

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 3.2
seed lot
Seed populations from the same source, harvested in the same year, and in the same period, with basically the same quality and within the specified quantity.
3.3 Seed purity
The weight of the net seeds in the seed lot or the test sample accounts for the total weight of the components of the test sample (net seeds, other plant seeds and impurities) percentage.
4 Quality requirements
Quality requirements shall comply with the provisions of Table 1.
