Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" drafted.

This document is part 2 of GB/T 41341 "Technical Specifications for Site Selection of Offshore Power Stations". GB/T 41341 has issued the following part.

--- Part 1: Trend energy;

--- Part 2: Wave energy.

Introduction

Under the strategic goal of "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality", the development of clean and low-carbon energy such as ocean energy can greatly reduce the level of CO2 emissions and help the Efforts to implement the national dual-carbon target strategy. In this regard, my country has established a standard system to support the investigation, evaluation, development and utilization of ocean energy. exist In this standard system, GB/T 41341 "Technical Specifications for Site Selection of Ocean Power Stations" is the basic standard to guide the site selection of ocean power stations in my country.

GB/T 41341 aims to establish the site selection content, technical requirements and data, site selection process and method of ocean energy power stations, which consists of two parts. constitute.

--- Part 1: Trend energy. The purpose is to establish the site selection work for tidal current power station.

--- Part 2: Wave energy. The purpose is to establish the site selection work for wave energy power station.

The development of technical specifications for the site selection of ocean energy power stations and the standardization of calculation methods for ocean energy power stations are important for large-scale development and utilization of ocean energy resources. Technical Support.

1 Scope

This document specifies the site selection content, technical requirements and data, site selection process and method, and site selection report preparation for wave power plants. Require.

This document is applicable to the site selection and related work of the wave energy power station construction project.

4 Site selection content

4.1 Resource investigation and evaluation

The resource survey and evaluation shall be carried out on the basis of the census and selection of wave energy resources. The investigation and evaluation of wave energy resources shall include but not be limited to on the following.

a) Identify the reserves of wave energy resources in the sea area of the site, and draw a distribution map;

b) Identify the level and quantity of wave energy resources in the sea area of the site, and draw a resource zoning map;

c) Select and delineate power station sites in areas with rich wave energy resources and relatively rich areas, draw site maps, and conduct site resource evaluation;

d) Determine the site of the wave power station, and calculate the theoretical annual power generation and annual on-grid power of the power station.
