Scope

GB/T 41308-2022 is the English-translated version of 太阳能热发电站储热系统性能评价导则.

GB/T 41308-2022 is the Chinese guide to evaluating the performance of the thermal energy storage system of a solar thermal power plant.

It sets the criteria and the technical requirements for the indicators by which such a system is judged: the storage capacity, the charging and discharging behaviour, the heat retention, the electricity consumed by the system and the losses of the storage medium.

It applies to the performance evaluation of sensible heat storage systems, and latent heat storage systems may be evaluated by reference to it. Plant owners, EPC contractors and test engineers use it. Issued on 9 March 2022, it has applied since 1 October 2022.

Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" drafted.

1 Scope

This document specifies the evaluation criteria for performance indicators such as heat storage capacity, charge and discharge, heat preservation, power consumption, and dielectric loss of the heat storage system of a solar thermal power station. skills requirement.

This document is applicable to the performance evaluation of sensible heat storage systems, and the performance evaluation of latent heat storage systems shall be implemented with reference.

2 Normative references

The contents of the following documents constitute essential provisions of this document through normative references in the text. Among them, dated citations documents, only the version corresponding to that date applies to this document; for undated references, the latest edition (including all amendments) applies to this document.

3 Terms and Definitions GB/T 40104 and the following

terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 Direct thermal storage system

A solar thermal power generation heat storage system in which the heat storage medium and the heat absorption medium are different media. Including the heat transfer fluid in the collector field entering the charging and discharging heat exchange

Heat transfer fluid piping within the piping interface of the equipment, as well as all process systems and equipment related to the heat storage medium.

3.2 Indirect thermal storage system

A solar thermal power generation heat storage system in which the heat transfer fluid and the heat storage medium are the same medium. Including the heat transfer fluid outlet of the collector system to the heat storage system

System all involved process systems and equipment to the boundary where the heat transfer fluid releases heat and returns to the heat collection system.

3.3 Effective mass of the storage medium

The total mass of the heat storage medium that can participate in the charging and discharging process.

Note: The unit is kilogram (kg).

3.4 Heatchargepower

The net heat flow into the heat storage system per unit time.

3.5 Heatdischargepower

The net heat flow out of the heat storage system per unit time.

3.6 Heat storage depth

The ratio of the available heat that can be provided by the complete heat release of the heat storage system to the design heat storage capacity.
