Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" Drafting.

1 Scope

This document specifies the basic requirements, operation management requirements and quota management requirements for public textile washing places.

This document is applicable to the water-saving design and water-saving management requirements of public textile washing places.

3 Terms and definitions

The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 21534, GB/T 33452, GB/T 35744 and SB/T 10625 apply to this document.

4 Basic requirements

4.1 New, renovated, and expanded public textile washing places should prepare a water-saving plan, and water-saving facilities should be designed, constructed and constructed simultaneously with the main project. Put into operation at the time.

4.2 The water-saving plan in the design phase of public textile washing places should include the following main contents.

a) Main water intake, water source and water volume;

b) The equipment of water intake and water measuring instruments;

c) Water-saving measures and water reuse plan for public textile washing;

d) Sewage treatment, drainage and water recycling plan;

e) Recycling plan for water resources and other resources, monitoring of toxic and harmful, etc.

4.3 The domestic water appliances used in public textile washing places should meet the requirements of GB/T 31436.

4.4 The equipment and management of water measuring instruments for public textile washing places shall meet the requirements of GB 24789.
