3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Family farm
With family members as the main labor force and the family as the basic business unit, engaged in large-scale, standardized, and intensive agricultural production and management main body.
4 General
4.1 Adjust measures to local conditions
According to the characteristics of the local natural resources and the level of economic and social development, reasonable planning and construction of family farms.
4.2 Reasonable layout
According to the local agricultural construction plan and the construction plan of the family farm, the geographical scope of the family farm should be rationally arranged.
4.3 Moderate scale
Determine the appropriate scale of production and operation according to the labor production capacity and management ability of family members.
4.4 Sustainable development
Reasonably, moderately and scientifically develop and utilize agricultural resources, protect the agricultural ecological environment, and ensure the sustainability of the construction of family farms.
