This standard is in line with GB/T 39912-2021 "Technical and Management Specifications for Scientific Data Convergence Formed by Science and Technology Plans" and GB/T 39909- 2021 "Scientific Data Collection Formed by Science and Technology Plan Data Elements for Transportation" jointly constitutes the data collection and exchange of scientific data formed by standardized science and technology plan A series of standards for work.
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
1 Scope
This standard specifies the general code set involved in the scientific data collection work formed by the scientific and technological plan.
This standard applies to the collection and management of scientific data formed by various types of science and technology plan projects at all levels funded by government budget funds, and other methods The scientific data collection and management formed by the managed science and technology plan can be implemented by reference.
