GB/T 39909-2021 is the English-translated version of 科技计划形成的科学数据汇交 通用数据元.
GB/T 39909-2021 fixes the general data elements used when the scientific data produced by a science and technology programme is archived.
It gives the description specification of a data element - the description method and the classification and identification of the elements - and then the catalogue itself: the elements for projects and data, for institutions, people and contacts, for spatial coordinates and location, for dates, times and deadlines, for quantities and units, for the collection process and for the description and identification of the data.
It applies to the collection and management of the scientific data of the government funded science and technology projects at every level, and other programmes may follow it.

This standard is in accordance with GB/T 39912-2021 "Technical and Management Norms for the Collection of Scientific Data Formed by Science and Technology Plans" and GB/T 39908- The 2021 "Scientific Data Collection Traffic Code Set Formed by Science and Technology Plan" jointly constitutes the data collection and transmission of scientific data formed by the standard science and technology plan A series of standards for work.
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
1 Scope
This standard specifies the data element description specification and data element catalog for scientific data collection and transportation formed by science and technology plans.
This standard applies to the collection and management of scientific data formed by various types of science and technology plan projects at all levels funded by government budget funds, and other methods The scientific data collection and management formed by the managed science and technology plan can be implemented by reference.
