Scope

GB/T 39586-2020 is the English-translated version of 电力机器人术语.

GB/T 39586-2020 defines the basic terms for electric power robots together with the terms for their application scenarios, operating environment, composition, functions and safety protection.

Clause 1 states that it applies to the design, production, testing, sales, application, maintenance, management, scientific research and teaching of these robots, and clause 2 states that the document has no normative references.

Clause 3, Basic terminology, defines among others the electric power robot, taken from GB/T 36239-2018 as a robot used in all aspects of power production, transmission and use in the power industry; the electric power robot system, made up of robots, task equipment, monitoring systems and the auxiliary facilities needed to complete the task; the control system, taken with modification from GB/T 12643-2013; the monitoring and control system, which displays, stores, analyses and alarms the data obtained from the robots and the auxiliary facilities and provides task setting and remote control, and which generally consists of data receiving, storage, display and control equipment with the corresponding software; task equipment, for testing, maintenance, live operation and other functions needed for electric power operations, with thermal imaging cameras, lidars and robotic arms given as examples; auxiliary facilities, the building, mechanical, electronic and electrical facilities required for operation, with robot rooms, auxiliary positioning and navigation facilities and transportation vehicles given as examples; and operation safety.

Clauses 4 to 8 then cover the application scenarios, the operating environment, the composition, the functions and the safety and protection, and the document closes with a list of references and an index.

The draft on the page breaks off inside clause 3, so the entries of clauses 4 to 8 are not shown. The document was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2020 and was proposed and is managed by the National Special Operation Robot Standardization Working Group (SAC/SWG13). It was issued on December 14, 2020 and has applied since July 1, 2021.
