1 Scope
This document specifies the overall architecture and functional design, overall requirements, design drawings and technical document requirements of heavy machinery automation systems, Hardware requirements, software requirements, human-machine interface (HMI) design requirements, communication and network requirements, and main performance of the automation system, describing the safety and reliability testing methods.
This document is applicable to the design and manufacture of automation systems for heavy machinery such as metallurgical equipment, mining excavators, lifting and transportation equipment, forging equipment, etc.
including but not limited to the following aspects.
— System architecture and functional design;
— Hardware and software technical requirements;
— Performance indicators and test methods;
— Communication and network design;
