4 Test

4.1 Overview In this section all tests are type tests on a sample recording instruments or components carried out. The only purpose of these tests is To verify the design and construction to ensure compliance. Satisfy the provisions of this part of the relevant standards and requirements for use by these subassembly recording instrument in the whole recording instrument type You do not have to repeat the test during the type tests. It should be checked by all applicable test meets the requirements of this section, but if you check the records to prove that the instrument can certainly pass Had a trial, the test may be omitted. Test under the following conditions.

--- Benchmark experimental conditions (see 4.3);

--- Fault conditions (see 4.4). NOTE. If performing compliance test, or a measured value of the applied (such as voltage) of the actual value due to errors and uncertainty, then.

--- Manufacturer to ensure that the value of the test is applied to at least a predetermined value;

--- Test departments should ensure that the test applied is not greater than the value specified.

4.2 Test procedure Except as otherwise provided by this section, the test sequence may be optionally substituted. After each test should be careful to check that the test recording instrument. If there is doubt about the results of the test, if the test suspect reverse the order, any of the foregoing really pass the test, the front of these Test should be repeated. If the test under fault conditions can damage the recording instruments, these tests may be placed under the reference test conditions After the test.

4.3 reference test conditions

4.3.1 Environmental Conditions Subject to the provisions of this section, the test sites should have the following conditions.

a) Temperature. 15 °C ~ 35 °C;

b) Relative humidity. not exceed 75%;

c) Atmospheric pressure. 86kPa ~ 106kPa;

d) no frost, condensation, water seepage, rain and sunshine.

4.3.2 recording instrument status Unless otherwise specified, each test should be assembled for the normal use of the recording instruments, and in the provisions of 4.3.2.1 ~

4.3.2.10 Carried out under the most unfavorable combination of conditions. Recording instrument should be required to install the manufacturer's instructions.
