Scope
GB/T 39417-2020 is the English-translated version of 大型游乐设施健康管理.
GB/T 39417-2020 specifies the content, methods and requirements for the health management of large amusement facilities. Clause 1 states that it applies to large-scale amusement facilities and that the health management of other amusement facilities, ropeways or mechanical systems is to be carried out with reference to it.
Clause 2 cites GB/T 20002.4, GB/T 20050, GB/T 20306, GB/T 30220, GB/T 34370 (all parts), GB/T 34371 and GB/T 36668 (all parts). Clause 3 defines amusement equipment health, the health status of rides, which a note divides into the four states healthy, sub-healthy, slightly ill and morbid, health indicators, health monitoring and health evaluation.
The body is then arranged as a health management system clause covering the management elements, the management process, the management plan and the requirements for health managers; a clause on the determination of health indicators that runs from the general and user requirements through the indicators proposed at the design and manufacturing stage, their determination after installation and their adjustment during operation to risk analysis methods and the output of the indicators; and clauses on health monitoring, with its implementation process, programme and result output, health evaluation, with its process, steps and methods and the measures to be taken on the results, health recovery, and records and document management.
Appendix A is informative and gives application cases of the health evaluation method for a large roller coaster. The standard was proposed and is managed by the National Cableway and Amusement Facilities Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC250). It was issued on November 19, 2020 and has applied since June 1, 2021.

1 Scope
This standard specifies the content, methods and requirements for the health management of large amusement facilities.
This standard is applicable to large-scale amusement facilities. The health management of other amusement facilities, ropeways or mechanical systems shall be implemented with reference to this standard.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions defined in GB/T 20002.4 and GB/T 20306 apply to this document.
3.1 Amusement equipment health
The functionality, safety, stability and reliability of the amusement facilities are in good condition, although there are damages and wear caused during operation.
Loss, loss, etc., but does not affect the realization of the design function.
3.2 Health status of rides
Comprehensively characterize the degree of functionality, safety, stability and reliability of amusement facilities.
Note: This standard divides its state into four states. "healthy", "sub-healthy", "slightly ill" and "morbid".
3.3 Health indicators
An indicator reflecting the functionality, safety, stability and reliability of amusement facilities.
3.4 Health monitoring
